 Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Greater Noida

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is essential in managing the talent acquisition process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to ensure the workforce is engaged, productive, and aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.

   Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and addressing workplace issues.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and professional development.
  • Policy Development and Statutory Compliance:
  • Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment laws and best practices.
  • Ensure Statutory Compliance as per the State and Central laws with labor regulations and maintain employee records on monthly/ quarterly/half-yearly/Yearly.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Promote career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Conduct market research to maintain competitive salary structures.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR initiatives and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
